For the IAMD COE, the procurement system employs procedures that are openly advertised to prospective bidders in advance of, and during, solicitation processes.

Providing our bidders with timely, accessible and accurate information, maximising competition amongst eligible – capable sources and treating all prospective bidders objectively, without any discrimination, are our main priorities.

For this purpose, the IAMD COE uses the e-procurement application sourceONE to conduct any procurement process (information/ interest, proposals and quotes by any prospective bidder) and electronic tenders (eTenders).
