SERVICES DELIVERY
Following the participation in IAMD COE events and the completion of their requirements, if any (e.g. courses, etc.), a certificate will be issued and delivered to the attendee based on the policy of the event organisation.
REFUND POLICY
In case of payment of fees and subsequent cancellation of the registration, a refund is possible according to the terms and conditions applied for the specific event/activity, as specified in the respective calling/invitation letter.
Financial obligations exist if an event allocation is not cancelled, utilized or turned back, in writing, to the IAMD COE no later than two (2) weeks prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so may result in the organization/individual being charged full fees if reallocation is not possible.
