On the 12th of November 2024, Rear Admiral (OF-7) Andrea PETRONI (IT), Commander of the Italian Second Naval Division and Tactical Commander of the Italian Operation ‘’Mediterraneo Sicuro’’, visited the Integrated Air & Missile Defence Centre of Excellence (IAMD COE) premises at Chania.
During the visit, the Admiral was given a thorough overview of the Centre’s transformative capabilities, along with insights into its current facilities and those soon to be available, as well as the IAMD CoE’s contribution to the NATO Alliance.
