From Tuesday 11 to Thursday 13 of June 2024, the Integrated Air & Missile Defence Centre of Excellence (IAMD CoE) hosted the “Systems Concepts & Integration (SCI), Sensors & Electronics Technologies (SET) – 353 Research Task Group (RTG), 2024 Summer Meeting, at Chania, Greece.
The objective of the Task Group is to develop a common Modelling and Simulation (M&S) framework that is capable of evaluating relevant Counter – Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS) scenarios at mission level. Whereas 353 RTG is focused on modelling and simulation and testing systems in virtual environments to better understand their capabilities, the group will develop a framework for other users to utilize.
IAMD COE also, participated in the SCI-SET-RTG with two (2) Subject Matters Experts from the Concept Development and Experimentation Branch.
