On the 12th of May 2023, the 1st Integrated Air & Missile Defence Annual Coordination Meeting was held at the premises of IAMD COE. The meeting was attended by the Director of Competence Centre Surface Based Air and Missile Defence (CC SBAMD), representatives from COEs and the following NATO entities such as:
- Headquarters Allied Air Command (HQ AIRCOM) via VTC,
- Combined Air Operations Center Torrejon (CAOC TJ),
- Joint Air Power Competence Center (JAPCC),
- Deployable Air Command and Control Center (DACCC) via VTC and
- Air Operations Center of Excellence (AO COE) via VTC.
The aim of the meeting was to synchronize the efforts of all the main IAMD stakeholders, identify opportunities to efficiently and effectively collaborate, and support transformation and interoperability of NATO’s IAMD capabilities.
